Young Resliont

Young Resliont was founded by Kieran Young, driven by his own lived experience with psychological challenges.
This personal journey inspired the creation of a support agency that genuinely understands the path to recovery, resilience, and independence.

Then, later Benjamin Albos joined the team, becoming a co-founder of a new chapter in Young Resliont’s journey. Bringing with him the discipline forged through a military training, and driven by a deep desire to serve those who struggle to find their vocation and place in society.

For us, support work is more than just a job, it is a calling. Our commitment to structure, purpose, and human dignity strengthens the agency’s mission to guide individuals toward resilience, autonomy, and a life of meaning.

Young Resliont Roots

Young Resliont is the creative and professional identity of Kieran Young, a South African-born, Australian-grown musician, mental health advocate, and qualified exercise physiologist.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a living experience in mental health struggles, Kieran brings a unique blend of lived experience, clinical knowledge, and creative energy to his work.

For over 20 years, Kieran has walked his own journey with mental health challenges. Out of that journey has grown a passion for supporting other men to rebuild, refocus, and rise. Over the past 5 years, he has expanded his work beyond physical rehabilitation to offer holistic recovery support across areas such as:

  • Mental and emotional health
  • Academic and career guidance
  • Recreational and creative pursuits
  • Spiritual and relational development
  • Social connection and community involvement

With a Double Degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, plus qualifications in Peer Work and Fitness, Kieran’s approach combines professional expertise with genuine empathy.

He knows what it’s like to struggle and how powerful it can be to rise again, with the right support.

Kieran is also a devoted born-again Christian who draws strength from his faith in Christ. He believes in the power of purpose, connection, and healing body, mind, and spirit.

Young Resliont New Chapter

Young Resliont entered a new chapter when Benjamin Albos joined the team, as a support worker, but also as a co-founder of a renewed vision.

Marked by a deep hunger for purpose and growth, Benjamin’s journey has been shaped by intense personal challenges. After struggling with identity, social anxiety, and a deep lack of self-confidence, he sought answers in the most demanding environments, including military training in the special forces. But rather than finding fulfillment in external validation, he discovered that true strength comes from within, not by becoming what others expect, but by embracing who you truly are.

That awakening gave birth to a new calling : to help others who feel lost, out of place, or disconnected from their potential.

Exercise physiology & Therapeutic fitness

Build your body, to move your future

At the heart of Young Resliont lies a powerful belief: physical strength is deeply connected to emotional resilience and psychological recovery.

Our first core offering is therapeutic fitness and exercise physiology, a service designed to support not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well.

With a double degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, Kieran Young brings over 15 years of expertise in designing personalised, evidence-based programs that are clinically sound and trauma-informed. His understanding of the psychosocial dimensions of recovery ensures that every program is not only tailored to the client’s physical capacity, but also aligned with their mental health journey.

Alongside him, Benjamin Albos brings the structure, discipline, and intensity gained through military training, offering clients a hands-on, empowering approach to personal transformation. Together, Kieran and Benjamin combine lived experience, clinical knowledge, and motivational energy to guide participants through training sessions that build not just muscles  but character, confidence, and resilience.

This service is part of our broader mission: to use psychosocial support as a tool for building independence, fostering self-worth, and helping individuals reconnect with their sense of purpose, starting from the body, and extending to every area of life.

Companionship & Holistic Support

Asking for help is a strength, not a weakness

At Young Resliont, we understand that mental health challenges go far beyond medical needs, they touch every part of a person’s life. That’s why our approach is holistic, personal, and grounded in both experience and structure.

Kieran, having lived through his own mental health journey, brings a deep, authentic understanding of the struggles our clients face. His lived experience allows him to identify the real, often hidden, obstacles people deal with every day  from emotional distress to social disconnection. Because he’s walked that path, he knows how to listen, relate, and shine a light on what truly matters for long-term well-being.

On the other hand, Benjamin brings the ability to create structure, discipline, and positive daily habits. With a strategic and focused mindset, he helps each person build a sustainable routine, set meaningful goals, and take concrete steps toward lasting change. Where Kieran identifies the roots of the challenges, Benjamin builds the roadmap for resolution.

Together, we don’t just offer companionship, we offer transformation. Whether it’s emotional support, help with everyday tasks, or guidance toward personal growth, we walk beside you with faith, clarity, and purpose.

Workshops & Events

We seek to build you, for you to build your world

We believe that true transformation happens when support goes beyond daily care, it happens through meaningful connection, shared growth, and purposeful action. That’s why we organise workshops and events designed to empower.

Rooted in lived experience, our workshops address the real psychosocial challenges people face: isolation, lack of confidence, disconnection from the workforce or even difficulty building relationships. Whether it’s through job-readiness sessions, interview preparation, social skills workshops, or community events, we create safe, engaging spaces where participants can reconnect with others, gain practical life tools, and rediscover their sense of purpose.

These are not just group activities, they are transformation labs, where individuals are guided to become more autonomous, more professional, and more confident in navigating the real world. We help people find jobs, build friendships, form meaningful romantic relationships, and regain their place in society.

Every event we host carries one mission: to bridge the gap between emotional support and real-world independence. Because when healing is combined with action, growth becomes unstoppable.
